Slide 1

Build Self Confidence

While it’s true that it can be practiced as a competitive sport, it can also be a builder of self-confidence, self-control and concentration.

Slide 2

Family Friendly Classes!

Since our classes are developed for all ages, many families participate together.

Slide 3

Self Defense Made Easy

Our environment promotes self-confidence, self-control, and personal responsibility while learning self-defense skills in a fun, family friendly way.

Slide 4

Family Martial Arts

Classes don't have to be just a activity for the kids. Mom and Dad can get in on the fun exercise and other benefits that martial arts has to offer. Our classes are designed and timed to allow the whole family to participate. Doing activities together is great for family bonding and communication.

Kickboxing

Ages 7 and up can join us in the Boxing Ring to train for competition in a martial art sport of attack and defense. Competitors wear boxing gloves and throw punches as in boxing but use kicks as in karate. Kickboxing is an excellent form of exercise while providing a valuable self defense skill. Check out our class times and schedule today.

Self Defense

Male or Female, young or old, you are never to young to learn self defense techniques. Besides learning a valuable skill, it provides other spin off benefits including exercise, improved concentration and increased self confidence and self esteem. There are classes available for all ages so check it out today!

Karate

We offer a variety of belt classes to accommodate all ages and skill levels. Ages 2-5 year olds start out in our Little Master Program. Through Play students learn social skills, stranger danger, how to do basic block-punch-kick. Our WHITE BELT classes are for ages 4-adult and teach the basics of escape maneuvers, basic defense and basic Karate concepts.

The philosophy at our studio is one of constant improvement. It is understood that perfection is unreachable and there is always work to be done and progress to be made. We have found this to be a valuable life lesson that serves the student well beyond the martial arts arena.
